Friendly....but they have yet to get my "healing dentures" to fit good enough for me to eat with (they come loose while eating). They have rubbed my gums til they bled. They wrote down on paper how much it would cost me for implant secured dentures (about 17,500).....after paying out well over 17,000, they billed me for 3600 more (said the 17,000ish amount was just an estimate. I paid over 3000 additional . When I pay out that kind of money....I expect better results!

I came and took a day off work. they had my appointment all wrong and at the wrong place. NOW WHEN I CALLED I told them who my insurance was and they said yup we take that. I take off work get here and NOPE THEY DONT TAKE MY INSURANCE AND I HAVE TO PAY OUT OF POCKET so I missed q day of work and drove all the way here for NOTHING!!!!!! WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!!!

I just got done at a different dentist, getting a root canal on a rotten, broken, and infected tooth that aspen dental claimed was “perfectly fine” just yesterday. The “dentist” at aspen claimed that I have advanced periodontal disease (a whole crock of shit) and the discomfort I was experiencing was from bacteria under my gums. I supposedly needed a very costly procedure called gum scaling to remove the bacteria. He stated I didn’t even have a cavity (I have several, clearly visible to anyone with eyes). My Mom had an appointment to have a tooth pulled and to see about dentures. We were there for FOUR HOURS! On top of that they told her she needed 6 MORE teeth pulled without doing any xrays. I don’t even see how this is possible (especially since I took her to a local dentist who said she only needed 3) and they overcharged her by 86$. Charges are unreasonable, wait time for scheduled appointments are 30-45 minutes most every visit.

I was told by your billing staff that I could have sealants put on my kid's teeth and that my insurance would cover it. I even received a print out of the services with $0.00 next to the payment due line. A few weeks later I got a bill for $200 and was told my insurance actually didn't cover that and that what I got originally was an estimate. That was not ever communicated to me or I would never have done the extra services.

They over billed me and they said would take care of it since February and I keep getting a notice and now they have sent it to collections. After telling me I didn’t owe them anything! Do not go if you are military!
