I cannot believe how poorly and badly my mother was treated here yesterday at the Huber Heights location. Abused, really. Office fought with her over insurance and caused a public scene embarrassing my mother even though Aspen dental takes her insurance, x ray tech turned and pulled the x ray machine so hard it yanked her mouth. So severely in fact she had to then be numbed! It hurt her so badly she began to ball her eyes out. They were very friendly. I was given a quote. I have no idea how the dentures would look. I felt like I was buying a care but not allowed to see it til I paid for it. This was not what I expected. Fear goes along with this decision and they did not help in that area. Needless to say, We will not be using Aspen.

I wouldn't even give u 1 star. You tell my husband it would be 132.00 to pull one tooth He sits there forever one X-ray and then you want to charge him a lot more for 1 X-ray and dentist to look into his mouth . We will be finding him a new dentist actually he can go to my dentist in New Carlisle.

I'm John and I went to Aspen Dental in Huber Heights to have a new set of dentures made. After several appointments I finally had my dentures. They didn't fit right so they did something to them and they still didn't fit properly, but they told me there was nothing left for them to do. Several months passed and my bottom plate broke so I went back for them to fix them. People were nice. Called in pain on Saturday got in on Monday. Seems they were more concerned about selling me something. Once I told them I just wanted to fix what was causing the pain they said I had to see an oral surgeon. The referral they gave me can't get me in until December. So do I suffer for 2 months?

NEVER GO TO ASPEN DENTAL!!! Horrible experience. My kids and I all have excellent teeth so the only time we go to the dentist is for cleanings. I had a dentist I loved for years but when my employer changed dental insurance we were assigned to use Aspen in Huber Heights as our provider. The first time I went for a cleaning it was $500 after insurance. They tell you it's required to do a 2 step cleaning for your first cleaning which included a bunch of nonsense charges...I complained about the $100 electric toothbrush include... read more

I called Aspen Dental after seeing the advertisement on TV I was in great pain that day They gave me an appointment for the very next day. I had been told by a former dentist I had TMJ a very costly recurring treatment condition. The problem returned after a Gallbladder surgery in April I was told go back to the dentist by my doctor who would give me no medication for my pain. Just got an email saying no hidden fees. That's funny because I paid for my procedures up front to the tune of a few thousand dollars in December of last year and 7 months later I got a bill for $650. No hidden fees. That's funny.
