I just got a molar pulled there that was (apparently) in pretty bad condition. The whole process took under 45 minutes and 15 of that was waiting for the anesthetics to fully kick in. Absolutely NO pain. Office staff is friendly and eager to answer questions. Very soothing location and the dentist is knowledgeable and great at explaining things.

I went in for a cleaning and they only did X-rays and no cleaning and said I have gingivitis. i get my teeth cleaned regularly and have never been told this. they said I could lose all my teeth if I didn't get this deep cleaning. now they try to stick me with a bill for $4,000. I will never go back there and do NOT 🚫 recommend them to anyone. this is the Huber Heights location.

Arrived to my appointment this morning. The woman working the front desk was very kind. The rest of the office staff were unprofessional and upset over clipboards. I didn’t get to be seen because the office had not verified our insurance. My husband arrived for his appointment and waited an hour to be seen and then was given X rays and told no cavities, but did not receive a cleaning. Was charged a co pay even though his plan shows no co-pay. And then they tried to sell him a $3100 deep clean that is not covered by insurance... read more

I had been to Aspen before in the past in other cities, but this is the first time I’ve experienced extremely poor customer service. I scheduled an appointment online for a few weeks out. I was called a few days prior to confirm. I did not answer and a voicemail was left. I called back later that day to confirm my appointment and spoke to someone who told me I was good to go.
