I would never go back here if you paid me!!!!I went there because of your inviting commercial friendly non judgemental..I experienced the complete opposite. .it's pretty sad when the dentist starts to laugh and states he can't help you and sends you to a specialist that they just happen to have there script pad for..what a scam..your a joke...I wouldn't recommend your company to anyone
I went in with a terrible toothache it had been keeping me up for nights and I couldn't even eat. We made a appointment and went up there we waited for a half hour when it wasn't even busy. Then we get back to our room and we wait another 20 minutes until a lady comes in and says "sorry I'll remind him that you're here" meaning the doctor didn't even know I was there or he forgot about me. I was told I would have my dentures in 72 hours...3 weeks ago...then they tell me today, I have to wait til Monday to get em. ANOTHER week...the staff is friendly, but aspen dental has not lived up to it's word.not even close...very sub par services. would not recommend aspen dental, at all.
