Learn how to train your people better. I scheduled an appointment for my 17 year old daughter and was told her exam was free due to being a new patient. We arrived at the huber heights office was told they only give free exams to 21 and older! Really? How are you gonna discriminate again someone who is not 21. $209 for just a exam? According to your emergency walk-ins in most cases the practice will be able to accommodate emergency walk-in appointments or offer a same day appointment, However, next day appointments are occasionally necessary. In my husbands case he had a broken front tooth and was in a lot of pain went there expecting them to extract the tooth but instead he got over 2 hours of xrays and other test of the gums and bone which they stated they where required to do by law. Tricia was excellent but unfortunately there was major miscommunication from the others involved in my appointment. I am so disappointed with my experience . I scheduled what i thought was A CLEANING APPOINTMENT but I’m leaving without a cleaning 🤷🏽♀️ only had X-rays😳, saw the dentist for 60 seconds to tell me NO CAVITIES And didn’t even get a free toothbrush or offered a return appointment, the hygienist seemed to have cared less.
Dr Scott is amazing his support staff yesterday was rude. and made it a point to throw in my face that I was a walk-in and they didn't have to see me but since I was obviously in such an immense pain they decided to. but then they treated me like a drug addict after I had to request painkillers after a tooth extraction.
The people there seem nice but scheduling and waiting are nightmares. Apt 1 - check and and impressions 3 hours Apt 2 - impression for jaw alignment 1.5 hrs Scheduled appointments Apt 3 - wax impression Apt 4 - extractions and insert plates Apt 5 - dentist to remove plates It is ridiculous that we have to make time out of our schedules to make 3 appointments for impressions - these should all be able to be done in one trip! DO NOT go here. They tried to tell my husband and I we had periodontal disease and it was going to be $1724 to get each of our teeth cleaned. This raised a huge red flag for us cause we had no issues. Went to a local dentist and there was no sign of it. Seems like they are only out to scam people. Almost took us for $3448. Dr. Scott was the dentist. I would advise everyone to stay away so you don’t get screwed. Consumer/insurance fraud for sure. Ohio Dental board complaint has officially been filed.
I have had my dental issues all through life don’t get me wrong. But when I go in for and exam with no tooth pain bad breath or any complaints about my mouth whatsoever I’m told I need to spend 8,000.00$$ yes I said 8,000.00 $$ on my teeth! I call BS and Raise my BS flag on this visit!! I have all my teeth my gums don’t hurt and they are not puffy. My crown aren’t loose or giving me any problems. The ladies working the front desk have the worst customer service. My husband always complains about them so I took his dentures in to drop them off today and they were nothing but rude and acted like I was interrupting them. I don't go here and I never plan on going or taking my children or recommending them to anyone.
