You guys do a wonderful job there at Aspen Dental Ithaca.. Nadiya, Valerie, Kelly and Dr. Novas are the best!
Really nice that the first visit, including radiographs, was free. It took a while to get an appointment with the hygienist Nadiya, but she was very friendly and knowledgable. I just wish she had told me there was an extra cost (besides the prophylactic cleaning) for doing fluoride before having me use it. At least I got to use a 20% off coupon from the website for her services, so I didn't mind much.
Great help from Dr. Ameja, Kari, Cassie and Kelly yesterday! I had an abscessed front tooth that they took care of immediately, all were very friendly and it was one of the better experiences at the dentist.

I thought they were great! I had a very painful infected wisdom tooth. They got me in within 2 hrs of my call as a new pt. Everyone was very kind and sympathetic to my pain and utter fear. They got that infected tooth out quickly, painlessly. No complaints here!
Dr Tin is a jerk he said he was too busy to pull a tooth it took him 3 minutes last tooth he pulled he complained again about his work I was scheduled to have a tooth pulled they said today was only a consultation and he never looked in my mouth they wanted to do X-rays but I just had done a few months ago they said looking at X-rays was the consult I drove 1 hour for nothing!!! They told me a $30 for AARP insurance and I said I had another insurance and they still charged me $30 A terrible experience I would never recomm... read more
