Ive been a patient here for years. I had 3 appointments in a row canceled and needed to be rescheduled. The last one was because the hygienist put in for vacation last minute. When I asked if I could see someone else they advised others where on cation as well and the others were booked. When I expressed my disappointment in being canceled 3 times in a row I was asked if I wanted to reschedule or not, the conversation was going nowhere, I declined. Offers all kinds of "coupons", doesn't take them off the bill or respond when questioned about them, sends multiple bills without waiting for a response, threatens legal proceedings and most importantly: doesn't respect YOUR personal responses at your visit. Would NEVER recommend these money grubbing people. 😡😠

Terrible service and lack of communication by everyone in the office. My wife went in to have her crowns removed and replaced that has been planed weeks in advanced. When they day finally came, Aspen dental staff could not locate information pertaining to the removal and replacement. Instead they offered her an evaluation even though she already had one months ago and gum scrubbing work to address the pain in her gum caused by the failing crowns.

ive been sitting here for almost 2 hours now. I broke a tooth over the weekend, called for an appointment today, and only gotten xrays in the 2 hours. not exactly a fast place to go

I was told that I wouldn't be charged for my appointment and I just got a bill for $85. Not going there again!
I left a message for billing to contact me. It's been approximately 2 weeks and no one called. I've called a few times since then and each time I've been put on hold for over 15 minutes. Unfortunately I had to hang up because I do work during the day. I was told that billing would put in a claim to my insurance the day I accepted financing as a way to pay for my procedure. I experienced the worst dental examination in my entire life. It started out with deception. The receptionist told me to have a seat and they would get with me after they were finished talking on the phone. They never got with me! Then I waited approximately 55 minutes in the waiting area to be called only to see 3 other patrons come in and be seen before me and 5 patrons leave, all before I was seen. As I child I was never taken to the dentist, when I finally went on my own to different local dentist, I had the worst experience ever he slapped my hand down, when I tried to sit up he pushed me down and held me down with his arm so he could hurry and go to lunch I was traumatized and didn't go to the dentist again....... The front office billing coordinator Tabatha should not be allowed to work with customers; she treats people with a lack of respect and dignity. From now on, Kayla is the only billing co-ordinator I will talk to at Aspen Dental in Ithaca. Unfortunately, Tabatha was the first person I interacted with today.
