I am now waiting nearly 3 months to get a crown billing taken care of. Insurance states Aspen hasn’t provided information as requested. I paid my portion $655 and remaining portion should be through insurance. I’ve talked to Kelcy, office manager, and Marisa. They say they’ll take care of it and nothing. I’ve now gotten a past due bill where they told me don’t worry. I have all the receipts and estimates. Please return a call.
They charge $5,000 for a top denture and 2 teeth within 2 and a half months have fallen out. All I asked for is some kind of compensation for this huge inconvenience, plus the embarrassment of having to go without a front tooth for the day, and risk swallowing the tooth which luckily I did not. They have not budged on giving me not even a penny back!! The doctor who performed my wisdom teeth removal was incredibly condescending and rude. Threatening to NOT complete the surgery if I did not act a certain way. He showed absolutely no compassion during this major operation. When I reported this to the manager she only took his side and did not follow-up. If I could give 0 stars I would.
