Recommendedthey never gave me any discharge paperwork or even antibiotics after an extraction and I ended up getting a severe infection from them sewing my mouth and leaving part of a tooth inside my gum causing a severe infection

Tired of the staff at all the locations just called the middleburg one to get some information and was hung up on don’t think I want to go to any aspen so much for being affordable complete bull shit also I have a medical condition and the doctor didn’t listen to me about it once

I was double charged at aspen dental. they charged my care credit $1000 for a procedure I didn’t get done. The hygienist had to reschedule me but they still charged me. I was charged almost $200 for a toothbrush that I never got. I was told I would be reimbursed both my full care credit amount and partiall of the debit payment I made for the over payment of an extraction I had done. Aspen Dental of Orange Park, in Jacksonville Florida is the worst. I'm being charged over $3000 for a pair of dentures that don't fit and are giving me blisters in my mouth. I get a appointment and they tell me I can't get seen because I'm being considered a walk in.. How? when I had a appointment. I'm not going back and they suck big time.

RecommendedI had a dental emergency and thankfully they got me in right away!! My old dentist had not one dentist in the office the whole week! Never going back! Aspen Dental took xrays, evaluated the problem and together decided on a treatment that was best for me. Again, because I was due to go out of town in just a few days they are moving very quickly but properly to get everything done before I go out of town! Aspen Dental is now my permanent Dentist!!

We went to have our teeth cleaned using the insurance that we have and they refused to clean our teeth, saying that we had to pay extra out of pocket for deep cleaning. We pay for insurance in order to get these treatments and yet the dental office refused us treatment unless we paid extra. We also waited an hour when we had a 9 am appointment , the first appointment of the day. We will not return, we will find a dentist who will clean our teeth using our insurance.

They advertised free consultation and xrays. I have been receiving bills for this "free" service. The billing office never calls back. I went in for upper dentures and all the doctor would talk about is implants that would cost $15K. My visit was a total waste of my time. Beware of false advertising!
