I had a very positive experience at Aspen Dental in Orange Park. Now if they could do all my work for free I would be in Heaven! Just kidding they were great!
My experience at Aspen dental started out ok , but ended very bad. I went to an 8:30 appointment and things went fairly well. I had lost a filling and they scheduled me for an extraction that afternoon. I left them all my insurance info and thought all was good. When I went back that afternoon the trouble began. Still up in the air. Have had one extraction. Went well... Getting 10 extractions done in a few days. Very scared about this next procedure.
Been dealing with Aspen Dental for 17 months still cannot get my dentures corrected right spent $5574.40 and no satisfaction so right now I'm outside the business and I'm protesting. If I could give it a minus I would give it a -10
Informative about procedure . Worked me into schedule. Pharmacy did not recieve prescriptions .called emergency number. Doctor called me and apologized and resent scripts .good aspen at yougerman circle . River city location could take lessons from you in customer service.
I went there to get the cheaper dentures,and they wouldn't even discuss those with me.They wanted to sell me the 3000.00 dollar dentures,then the 2000.00I finally asked them if they would just reline my dentures,and they said they could not do that.I thanked them and left. Well,today I received a bill for 200.00.and I don't know why.They advertise a free exray,and they never did anything else for me. Which I'd checked here before wasting my time. Found them though my Dental Insurance. Spent over an hour, but didn't get treatment plan, Shannon was suppose to call me next day. (Never got the call) Then about 3 to 4 days later, Husband goes to his appt. and though the process, but he gets a treatment plan, I never did. So, today (a week later) I call for an appt. and am told they don't take our Insurance. Nice Assholes. This place is absolutely Bad Business. Beware
They couldn't get my upper denture made correctly after many visits. Was promised after the first time that the next time I came in it would be correct but it wasn't. I would not recommend this office for your denture needs.
Watch out for charges that insurance has already covered. I am not going back to Aspen!
