I have been here 3 times and all 3 times mistakes were made. Every appointment scheduled for me and my husband led to them calling to reschedule because they made an error. They even "forgot to tell me " my doctor wouldnt be there. The front desk is a mess.

Horrible! Just Horrible!!!!!! Left them once before because they give you appointment times and they don't see you until over an hour later once you have arrived. Gave them another chance today and they have unexperienced customer service clerks working at the desk. Had me come up here for nothing after I was told they could see me!!! This is ridiculous!!!!!! Would not recommend them to anyone!!!

Horrible service, go in for a cleaning, checked with insurance before, told that I have 100% covered for two a year that are 60 days apart. I started in May of 2016, had a crown, another treatment, and a cleaning then, and told last Wednesday that there is a charge because I had two cleanings in June. I went to the Aspen Dental in Orange Park close to Youngerman Circle. Okay so my experience with this scam of a dental practice went like this. First visit was last Wednesday. This appointment was for X-Rays and for the Dentists to look at my mouth and say yep needs a cleaning. Which has to be booked at another time. I have never been to a dentist in my whole life that operates like this place. I was very upset and annoyed at their procedures. No one informed me that my New Patient appointment would only be for xrays and a check of my teeth. They do not clean your teeth or do fluoride on your first visit. So I was forced to take another day to make a separate appt. The initial appt was very long for no reason other than they seem to run behind a lot. It's horrible! I had an appt & went in & waited for almost 2 hours then got told I couldn't be seen today because they were behind, got put on the cancelation list & said I'd be called the next day for another appt! NEVER CALLED ME BACK! I had to call them to make an appt, then on top of everything I got a bill for 200+ for exams, when I was never seen! THEY SUCK DO NOT GO!

Although the service I received there was ok and Dr. Parks exceeded my expectations , it took them over a week to return my phone call to let me know wether our insurance (Florida Blue) was going to cover my teeth cleaning and wisdom tooth removal.
