Love this place! All of the staff are very friendly and professional! Multiple people remembered my name, husband's name, and even my son's name! They make you feel completely at ease. Definitely will recommend Aspen Dental to family and friends.

The staff is friendly and comforting. Dentist are knowledgeable. The environment is homey, and procedures are painless as possible. Thanks to the Aspen staff I can smile again!!!

Loved the environment, people were so friendly. I would recommend this to anyone who needs dental work, and doesn't have insurance. They will work with you.

Went in for continuous tooth pain & was told everything looked fine - 2 weeks later I saw a different dentist who saw my molar is chipped. Save yourself the time and frustration and go to a real dentist.

I had set of dentures made and they were perfect I went back for an adjustment and the ruined my denture . then rushed around putting soft liner in them and disnt mix the chemicals right and I have blisters and cuts all on the top gum line.. they were rude said I'd just have to deal with how they ruined my denture .. I am contacting an attorney.. I will be suing for damaged denture and pain and suffering ... they fired my original dentist and the new one sucks ass... then the nurse went on to discriminate against the fired d... read more

went there with severe tooth ache. and they took a few xrays then told me it was going to be $8000. they gave me no antibiotics or pain meds. I told them I would not be back and would not recommend them to anyone

I had an emergency appointment today at 3 pm. You called and said you had limited staff but you could still see me at 3. At 11:05 you called and said for me to be there at 11:30 because you were closing at 1. I live in Trumann so had to speed all the way to get there in time. I got there and the front desk said my procedure could not be done today. So if I had of been told on the phone 25 minutes earlier I would not have drove all that way for nothing. Worst customer service ever.

Had appt for major work. Only one dentist on duty. Took 4 hours to get work done! Assistant told me it should have been done in at least two hours! This dentist was having to work on me plus see to other patients. Office should have rescheduled my appt since he was all alone that day! This dentist caused severe pain which traumatized me. I need work on other side of mouth, but I'm too scared to come back!
