I don’t even know where to start. The first day I was there the the hygienist broke a tooth & pulled my filling out. I felt it with my tongue & said, “you just broke my tooth” she said “oh I think it was already broken. But took the broken piece of tooth & the filling & set it on the tray. I took a picture of it for proof. She continued to say “oh that’s normal & it happens all the time.” So you break patients teeth & pull their fillings out all the time??? I had the absolute worst experience one could imagine at this atrocious "business" this morning. I was in for the second half of the initial consult and what was SUPPOSED to be an emergency extraction. I didn't mind the lengthy process as long as the tooth that has pained me for 2 years would come the FUCK out of my mouth. First, they acted as though they were going to schedule for the EMERGENCY EXTRACTION for yet another week out. I've been on antibiotics for 2 weeks, just finally got the infection out. Had everything paid in full. 3 months after all work was completed I get a bill for no reason. Called nobody could tell me what it was for. While spending months trying to get answers they sent it to collections. Then heard they had am entire new staff. Gave them the benefit of the doubt that it was the old staff. They improperly filled a cavity on my daughter. Not only did they seal in an infection they either didn't see or caused but the improper filling cause her tooth to get cracked. They told me all I️ had to pay was one amount so paid in full then go another bill for 138.00 still fighting this issue so would not recommend this place

Let me start by saying this is NOT about the money. I would have gladly paid whatever at the time of my appointment if that's what they had originally told me. In September I went in for my first visit which was my x Rays and an exam. Scheduled my next appointment for the one filling I needed and regular cleaning. I was told (and have all receipts and "dental plan" paperwork with with totals and prices) that the filling I needed would be $204.
