Let me start by saying this is NOT about the money. I would have gladly paid whatever at the time of my appointment if that's what they had originally told me. In September I went in for my first visit which was my x Rays and an exam. Scheduled my next appointment for the one filling I needed and regular cleaning. I was told (and have all receipts and "dental plan" paperwork with with totals and prices) that the filling I needed would be $204. I've witnessed the treatment of patients; once paid, they don't care. My experience was when the teeth cleaning lady applied pink stuff on a sensitive tooth, so it wouldn't bother me, that was nice of her THEN The dentist wanted to stop n midst of a filling because of my sensitive tooth instead of applying the same pink stuff the teeth cleaning lady applied. I get it though, it was Friday, they only worked half a day and wanted out! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Unprofessional and unpleasant.
I have to go on a rant here I know I sang Aspen Dental praises but I have only had my dentures less than 3 months and had one tooth fall out while I was talking and now another one fell out the other day and they want 100 bucks to fix it ..reeaally.. all that money that was pd, the waiting, the excitement ...they do not stand behind thier product and they more or less called me a liar and said I dropped them I was at work both times this is totally unexceptable and I do not recommend them at all
