The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in a dental office.

The dentist was not compassionate at all!!The staff was nice,but This is nothing but a cash cow.They don’t want to save your teeth either.Only to pull them all to get dentures where they can charge you a ridiculous amount.Worst place I have ever been!Needless to day I have a new dentist now.
The absolute definition of "for profit" dentistry. Lack of professionalism or person-ability. Front office staff and hygienist I worked with were nice enough - but no one was on time ( I had a 9am appointment - wasn't called back until nearly 10am because the dentist wasn't yet to the office), no one was helpful or communicative about any steps in the process. HAd 6 teeth pulled and temporary partial put in. Get nice email from Aspen Dental telling me to call if I was having sore mouth and partial not fitting right and that it could probably be fixed with small adjustment to just call. I called and they told me they do not have openings for about 3 weeks, very rude receptionist, so I am suffering for 3 weeks. They wanted their money right up front and took most of my life savings. DO NOT use Aspen Dental in Jonesboro Ar.
they wouldn't even try checking my insurance. they said more in likely not. so I have been sitting debating if I want to walk out..
This dentist told me that I needed 16 fillings when my teeth are in great condition. They tried to get me to pay $1000 up front and this was my first visit. I would not recommend this overpriced place because they make up things that you need just to get more money. Ridiculous!!! My mouth looked better than the dentist’s mouth. I went to my other dentist and they told me that I only truly needed 1 filling.
They were the only ones the insurance co listed. Your hurting and they pull you in with a free exam. It takes almost 3 hours. They do a whole mouth plan and ignore what your in there for. It’s a hard core sales pitch. The office manager hung up on me when I called to complain. The receptionist kept putting me on hold then the office manager told me I couldn’t yell. Horrible Experience! They wanted my dad to pay for a crown that they broke!
Not a very good place to go have teeth worked on. Everyone seems very kind and such, but it takes more than kindness to be professionals. The dentist/temp dentist they get are all just out of school or can't get jobs at as real dentist. We gave them almost 2000 to work on and fix any tooth that needed delt with.
