In the 3 yrs that I have been a patient there, they have rescheduled literally every appointment that I have had. I am not exaggerating. Every appointment. One time I showed up for my appointment after having received the text confirmation to be told they were closed that day and the girl at the front was rude with me and told me “they must have just missed calling you to reschedule. Made an emergent appointment on Friday. I am having terrible pain. Drove a good length of distance only to be told their dr is on vacation so they can’t bill insurance and I would have to pay $200 to be seen. I was told when I scheduled the appointment it would be free as I would be a new patient. They were no help. I realize it’s not the front desk’s fault but am so angry and frustrated and still in pain!! Aspen Dental sucks!!! I will spread the word

👇👇!!!!!DONT GO HERE!!!!! I've called every number I can think of and nobody has helped me or contacted me back!! My husband went in for a filling and he got up out of his chair twice during the filling to tell the doctor he didn't want him to drill as deep as he did because it hurt and he could FEEL it and the doctor seemed like he understood then kept drilling!! TWICE!! He didn't even get the filling the doctor ended up putting a huge hole in his tooth and telling him he now needs a root canal! My husband paid over 200$ f... read more
The staff was very friendly. The doctor was very informative and helpful. But it was entirely too cold is there at least 60 or below. It’s 65 where I work at my job and it was way cooler than that. It was so cold I left there with my head hurting and sick the rest of the day other than that experience was great.

I'm a 30 year RN. Was all set to get impressions and dentures. I developed an acute onset toothache and infection. Called for help.The Joplin Missouri male receptionist assured me I'd be "Ok" and that he'd call me back. i wasn't and he didn't. I visited another Dentist who examined me without an appointments prescribed badly needed Antibiotics. I'll take what's left of my teeth and my business to where live humans answer the phone more than once every dozen calls, and where they provide immediate help when necessary.

The staff were nice enough until they messed up on a crown/broke my tooth beyond repair and I requested a refund and to have my X-rays sent to a new dentist for a second opinion. That’s when I started getting excuses and the run around. I wasn’t thrilled with the care I received to begin with then for them to drag their feet with my X-rays really showed me they don’t hold themselves to the standard of care they advertise. 100% do not recommend

My husband showed up for his appointment today and was told he could not get his tooth as it was not covered by insurance. Why they could not have told him this before he took off work and came there, before he got the first part of it done, etc is beyond me. They told him after he got the base that he would need to find someone else because they stopped working with the surgeon they had. Then called him & wanted him to come in that day to get his tooth. I went in not long ago I was having problems with some of my teeth. Waited in the room for about thirty minutes before being seen then told I had two cavities at an upward coat of $600. Turns out the new dentist I went to said I just had a loose filling and not to worry about it. I called to get x-rays from the dentist, I was refused my own x-rays. Not to mention I was treated poorly. I would not and will Not recommended this place
