I had not seen a dentist in a long time. I was having mouth pain so I called , the phone number goes to a central location. I talked to a very nice woman who wanted all kinds of info. She made me an appointment for 2 weeks later at the Joplin address. I told her I was in some pain and she said she would let the office know and they would get me in asap. They are all smiles if you have excellent dental insurance or $2000 or more to spend but if not they wont give you a second look.....i have been waiting 4 days for a return call......i have since gone elsewhere.....my wife will also let the 400+ other factory workers know how we were treated and ignored.

Able to get in for an emergency-great. Pay for xray if emergency-not great. Suppose to receive money back and has been over 2 weeks now they say it could take up to another week because someone hadn't done their job yet and approved it-horrible. Actual dental service-real good. But they don't care if you get your money back. My money is precious and to just keep blowing me off takes away from any good there was. Wouldn't go there again if I could avoid it.

I live in the UK and am definitely not this person!!! Please contact me so that we can stop this. I am sure she does not want her financial and health information shared with a stranger thousands of miles away!!!! Will delete this review when you get in touch.

I had to return for a filling from Springfield mo. 56 miles away. Mind you its free for veterans ... But my filling still didn't take and I have a hole on my tooth unfilled. I'm going to try again ... But I'm well aware now maybe Jordan valley clinic down the street in Springfield mo. may have been a better choice in well trained staff. Why is my filling until treated.

I had a couple teeth that where pretty sore and they pulled one and said the couldn't fix the other until I spent $1500 on cleaning first.. so I even did that, next day after spent all that money on cleaning, my tooth broke in half and so I have a loan to pay for the stupid cleaning and can't hardly eat because I can't afford to fix my tooth that's broken now

Don't recommend Aspen Dental, they set appointments for one time and tells you to be 10-15 minutes early for paperwork and then they are late opening the door. On top of that the receptionist is rude and one of the techs are rude as well. Don't think I will be back. There was an Amish/Mennonite lady who walked in and the receptionist was hateful to her she acted as if she was put out to answer her questions....unacceptable.
