First time I have gone to a dentist and NOT been criticized about my childhood. They are working with me so I can pay them and then get my teeth fixed. It is not a "you have to get this done now" dentistry. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for sure!

I would like to let anyone who is ACTUALLY coming to and paying these people money, this place is a scam! I went in for free Xrays & Exam due to a bad toothache. Instead of listening to me all they did was try to tell me i have Periodontis and tried to get me to come in for some "deep cleaning" and to buy some overpriced toothbrush. I have been to a dentist for various things 3 times this year and nobody has mentioned any gum disease. It was almost as if they were trying to scare me into buying something. Terrible service at the front desk. I am in my third trimester of pregnancy. I had a previous appointment and was denied treatment due to a paperwork issue. For my first initial appointment, I had arrived early and had a long wait time until they told me to go home and get proper documentation sent. So I went home and rescheduled. I had my Dr. send all required documents and called a week in advance to ask if Aspen had received them or if I need to fill out other forms and correct anything. Poor relations with customer. Didn't try to give me any options. As soon as they found out that I wasn't going to pay inflated prices to do what I could go literally across the street for half the price I was bum rushed out the front door with nobody even acknowledging that I was even there. No followup call Nothing. Please do yourself a favor and do not go here.

Scheduled a cleaning in advance. First attempt, waited an hour beyond my appointment and let the desk know I wouldn't wait more. Second attempt, spent 2 hours there getting xrays and a hygienist looking at my gums to be told my daughter and I were not getting a cleaning, just an exam and consultation! (Although my younger daughter did get a cleaning....explain how that happened...) Wow. So I took off work 2 afternoons and STILL have not gotten a cleaning. I live almost an hour away and me and my sister had appts 15 minutes apart we arrived 5 minutes late (due to a traffic accident a few blocks from their establishment) to an already crowded waiting room for me to be told to reschedule because I was late and they don't tolerate it. well my sister got to keep her appt cause she was 10 mins early yet to sit there for almost an hour and a half before she was taken back and they couldnt accept me 5 minutes late!? this place is a joke as well as their prices.. go here if u want to ... read more
