Husband went because his gums and teeth were hurting. Wanted $2000 to clean gums, because they were swollen. Didn’t offer to prescribe any antibiotics. He went to our medical dr, and it was from his sinuses, got prescriptions and within a day and a half of taking meds he is already feeling much better. Had nothing to do with his teeth or gums. He will not be going back. Seems like they don’t care about the patient, just the money.
Yesterday I went to my first and only appointment. I cancelled after being in the lobby for an hour. Today I received an email saying, "Sorry you couldn't make your appointment..." I WAS AT MY APPOINTMENT! Should that email not say, "Sorry you took off work and wasted your afternoon for nothing"? But thanks for the confirmation that Aspen Dental's attention to details and patient care is lacking.
So far, not good and very traumatic. Starting over this week and will see how it goes. Had to give my partial lower denture due to teeth breaking and needed to extract my remaining lower teeth and get full lower denture. Thought I would replace mu upper denture also so I could have whiter teeth. Extractions went well with Dr, Nandia, and I have paid in full for full upper and lower ComfiLytes. Very expensive. They treat you very well up front. They take their time doing a thorough exam. But when it comes to paying, you have to have a lot of money or really good credit. Clean offices, and etc. Wasted 2 hrs there to find out I cant afford to fix my teeth. Will not go back. But if you are loaded your welcomed with open arms.
I would not refer them to anyone!! Made an appointment to get a tooth pulled after exam and xrays (hour and half) they said they didn't have time to pull tooth which was broken an I was in pain they wanted me to come back n 2 weeks! I drove from Oklahoma. I came back to Oklahoma and got it pulled that day and way cheaper! This place was more worried about a care plan which would have been over 7,000.00 !!!
Sure you get called back to your room at your scheduled time.. but then the Dr goes to another patient and leaves you sitting there for an hour.
This is the worst place I have ever seen to go to. They are dishonest, they take your money and then constantly cancel your appointments without telling you. I paid in advance to have my teeth fixed and they told me that money was gone and I still owed them a balance. I confirmed my appointments every time, because I had to take off work to make them, I got there they said my appointment had been canceled everytime. They pulled this on me for months.
