WARNING GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR DENTAL CARE. Three years ago, I was advised by their dentist to get dentures. The lowers have NEVER fit, causing mouth sores and pain, the inability to eat with them, and gastrointestinal issues. I have had several relines that didn't work. In Feb 2024, I had an appointment for one and a half hours to get an impression for a new lower denture that was to be done within 2 weeks. This has to be the most incompetent office I have ever been in! They made my cleaning appointment for August 10th. They called me a few minutes before the appointment and said they did not have anyone to clean my teeth and then rescheduled it for August 24th. I was about to go then and they called right before my appointment and said the hygienist had a training to go to and could not clean my teeth. We had a late appointment today, 5/17/22, as my husband has such a hard time getting off work during the day. They even sent us an email reminder. We waited 3 weeks so he could get a late appointment. My husband left work just to got to his 5:30pm appointment today only to arrive and find the door locked. There was a note on the door that said Aspen Dental Jupiter was closed 5/17/22 and 5/18/22 and sorry for the inconvenience.
