I (Laudine Buckley) was a patient at this office until I realized that Dr Patel didn't have a clue what she was doing. I had oral surgery today and the Oral Surgeon cold not even seat the temporary denture. The denture was made so haphazardly that couldn't even adjusted with out cutting the palate of the denture out. The line in the 2 front teeth are not even centered. Your In-House made dentures leave a lot to be desired. took 2 months to get in only to be cancelled today because aspen messed up and double booked! try to call and reschedule and was hung up on!!! what a horrible company

Not sure if they are closed today on a Monday (non-holiday) but I have been calling multiple times nobody answers. Nobody returns my messages this place is so disappointing! I don’t recommend them for anyone needing a partial denture. I don’t think they know how to fit or make a proper mould properly. The one I recently got and paid thousands of dollars for hurts like crazy and is creating all kinds of mouth sores but I can’t get a response from them no matter how many times I call

My friend had A new bottom plate in Jan. and in the last two weeks two teeth have broke out of that plate to me this should not be happing. I think it is poor job he is very disapointed with the them.
So helpful , so efficient, very sweet and attentive staff. Very knowledgeable and on top of things. I went in because of tooth pain and they educated me on what was going on and we made a plan if action and went over cost. Very genuine service and wonderful people . 10 stars

Worst place ever... in a 9 month period I saw 7 different dentists. All 7 made 7 different changes to my bottom plate, 2 permanent plates, and still wearing my temporary, going somewhere else! Would not recommend this training ground to anyone!

Wow, what a strange way of doing business! I called asking for an appointment to have a broken tooth looked at. I was told that the examination would be free and that crowns started at $777. When they prepared me for X-rays I said what I was there for and they told me I could not have a partial examination unless I paid $97. The free examination was only for a full examination.
