Just received the worst customer service from you guys. One of the receptionists told the dentist about my frustrations I shared with her regarding my service and she couldn't wait to tell me "well none of it will matter anymore because he just released you and you will no longer be a patient here." Aspen Dental was wonderful for me I did not have any dental insurance. They gave me a free exam, and then sat down with me to discuss my options. After a short interview they had established a line of credit for me, to resolve the issue of my dental health. My years of being ill and taking so much medication,had taken it's toll on my teeth. Both times I've been here it's been late to get in past my appointment time. The first time in fact, they sent me away after an hour of waiting cause of broken equipment.
