They overcharge, are uncaring greedy people. Get paid bonuses to sell extra services not needed & double the amount of any other dentist. I went in to repair my partial and after 2 hours & no repair but told to spend $7000.00 for work with new partial. There is nothing wrong with my partials! I dropped & broke it. Will never return.

They are very bad about making your appointment and keeping them at the time they gave you and They will schedule your appointment on the weekend when they are Not even open on the weekends, Very Bad Receptionist for making appointments, showed up for my first appointment and they had me scheduled at different time then they gave me and even have it on my text messages confirming my Appointment, Don't go to this Place you will waste your time
They could do a job that you could live wit not just take your money and send you out the door with something worse than the problem you came in with at a price of almost 500.00
This office was so dirty. the equipment and dental chairs look like they have not been cleaned in weeks. so gross...just find a new place to go.
10+ visits and still unable to complete my wife's work. Different excuses each time and the manager is conveniently unavailable when you ask to speak to them. Will tell you they called when their number never shows up on caller ID or voicemail. Beyond disappointed with Aspen Dental. I will never recommend this location or this company to anyone for anything.

I had a horrible experience here. I scheduled an appointment here to get the ball rolling on getting my wisdom teeth removed. The gums in the back had swollen over one to the point where I couldn't close my mouth. I was in a lot of pain. They didn't acknowledge my pain or infection in any way. After my first appointment for basic xrays and exam originally scheduled back to back with my wife was pushed back more than an hour due to them overloading their appointments and being an hour plus behind schedule already at 9am with 60+ minute appointments, I had to reschedule as it now would overlap another medical appt. that I had (and had allotted 3hrs time in between appts for) . So I go to my dentist yesterday thinking they were doing a crown prep for one tooth (I was also on a sedative.) And afterward, I realized they did a prep on the tooth that he said before didn't need one, cuz he decided (without informing me or my mother in law who was there with me!) that he was gunna do it! So now paying for work I didn't plan on or realize I was getting!!!!! Definitely changing to a different dentist, cuz Aspen obviously has no concept of right and wrong!
