Aspen Dental canceled my original appointment and I could not receive another appointment for a full 8 weeks and then not at the time I requested. They assigned another Dental Hygienist to clean and interestingly determined I needed some type of deep cleaning down to the root at two teeth locations. Will allow it one time only. May be a means to creating additional dental business

I went in for a check up and cleaning. I spent over two hours there and had someone poking at my teeth for about five minutes. I had to keep asking about my cleaning and someone finally told me I would have to come back for a third appointment to get my teeth cleaned. They had me pay ahead of time to fix a filling at my next appointment, which struck me as pretty sketchy. There was also piles of garbage stacked in the hallway. I'm going to see if I can find someone else that takes my insurance.

Actually the visit went well on 1/17/17 but when done I was told they would call me the next day with pricing and quotes but they haven't called me back which tells me they don't care so Aspen dental can kiss my ass.

I have taken my sister for several years for her dentures. The care has been adequate at best with a revolving door of dentists that have seen her. She came in for the last visit to get a tooth checked in her denture. After trying to refer her to an oral surgeon, which she had already done if they had bothered to look at her chart, and then scheduling her for a re-line on her denture they were sending her out the door. These people are terrible and i would never recommend them! Had poor service from the start and in 3 weeks time they cancelled my appointment 4 times and would reschedule me. You take time off work to be there on the only times they had available just so they can cancel on you an hour before your appointments. Then they dont even bother to read your paper work and why you called and why your there just to have some idiot try to pry your jaw open when you have lockjaw from a bad tooth that set off your tmj! had a horrible experience from the beginning. As I waited in the waiting room the front desk was verifying my insurance info which was time consuming. I provided that information a week ago when I made my appt. Why wasn't it done between then? Or on their website? So 30 minutes after my appt time I finally get called back. I do not appreciate the way they conduct the financial side of the business. I have been going there for about 2-3 years and although you pay up front for services you still receive a bill in the mail 4 months later. I don't keep my receipts for that long so then there is no record and you still end up having to pay again! This is the final straw. Unethical business practice is unacceptable! A little integrity is not that much to ask!

Aspen Dental did me dirty last Friday the 17th of June. I told them I wanted my teeth to be fitted and adjusted so that I wouldn't have to deal with poor quality dentures while recuperating from a total left knee replacement. Lo and behold...Friday at 4:00 I was told to come get my dentures and make an appointment to have them adjusted this week!!!!
