Dr. Reyes is very proactive in her approach, for which I am grateful. When the dental hygienist said I had periodontal disease, I said, but the dentist I saw less than a month ago said nothing! Dr. Reyes explained that her approach is more of a 'nip it in the bud' method rather than wait until it's much worse. I dreaded this visit. I didn't want to go here, but this was the only place that accepted my insurance. I got an appointment quickly. I was seen at my appointment time. Everyone was friendly and professional. I knew I would need major cleaning and I did. There was a part of the suggested services I did not want and they allowed me to make that choice. Thet got me in that day for the work. Clarissa the hygienist was amazing!

I've had positive experiences with other Aspen Dentals but this one is handled terribly by the office team. There is no communication and they don't verify or keep records of insurance then bill you a year later and say it's too late to file with your insurance so that the balance is your responsibility. I'm not against AD but it's worth the drive to San Antonio rather than come to the one in Kerrville

I went to the Kerrville,TX Aspen Dental. It's in my city, so close , accepted my insurance, and I needed a chipped front tooth repaired. This was Monday, February 24, 2025. I got the full Xrays, and the hygienist came in, showed me 2 teeth,(of which I was aware ) that were loose, showed me what he claimed to be very bad peridontal disease, told me my bone was pretty much gone and he was advising a treatment plan to prevent further damage. Stay away from Aspen Dental at all costs. After complications from a tooth extraction that they messed up, they refused care from a follow up exam after exposing the nerve to a nearby tooth. I was told word for word to "suck it up, that's was tylenol and ibuprofen are for". Office staff actively tries to prevent you from speaking with anyone and refuses to give any information.
