The Patient Satisfaction team has not responded at all to my inquiry. Seems the level of indifference to patient care is system wide with this company. Save yourself the frustration and find another dentist!!

Horrible experience. Left in tears. Went in with horrible toothache due to a fracture tooth. After an exam for over an hour and was determined to have a healthy and clean mouth, they would not fix or schedule to fix broken tooth(which is why I came there) unless I first had them do a cleaning. I explained that I was in pain and needed it addressed first as that's why I was there and my funds were limited as I'm paying out of pocket. Refused to help me. DO NOT GO ASPEN DENTAL! At least not the Kerrville location. I am a previous Aspen Dental customer, had great service from the hygienist to the dentist, even the receptionists were always nice and caring at my previous Aspen location visits. Don't expect this Aspen Dental to care about you as a person. I rescheduled my appointment for 6:30 because I am a teacher in San Antonio I told the lady on the phone I need a late appointment. I confirmed 3 times with her on the phone for my 6:30 appointment before ending the call. ... read more
