Went in for toothache people were nice but I told them I was in pain they were just telling me this this but not helping me at all and at the end when I was literally begging them if they could help me with the pain they didn't do anything they just said just drink some ibuprofen when I am been telling them that I have been taking them at then end they told me we prescribed some medicine for you but whenever I went to the pharmacy it was not even there it's been 3 days I have been in pain and I called them in the morning say... read more

I wish I could give no stars!! The Dr and literally everyone else was amazing however I was lied to about cost.. which I had to pay upfront for .. and once I get back to the room this morning I'm asked to pay DOUBLE WHAT ID ALREADY PAID FOR THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HAVING 4 teeth pulled and I needed 5 teeth pulled !! One tooth somehow DOUBLED THE COST?? Whoever the person is that's managing the blonde short haired girl in the financial handling really needs to reconsider another worker. They are all about how much they can make money from your insurance. After taking bunch of X-rays Dr. Reyes didn't even examine me. But took a diagnoses from her hygienist and denied a cheaper service. Usually it's the doctor who checks patients' teeth to diagnose, right? Instead she said that since the hygienist recommended a certain medication and cleaning plan, she DENIED a regular service. It never happened to me the past 50 years seeing dentists. It's so wrong. Do not recommend this dentist.

Possibly there are good dentists here but I'll never know. Someone from the office left me a message stating that they needed to verify some information before I came in so that I wouldn't have any unexpected charges. I called back and was on hold for about 10 minutes. A young lady came to the phone and I reiterated what the message said: that someone had called and asked that I call back so that she could verify my information. Stay away, this is a predatory operation. They just want to sell dental procedures, actually went so far as to tell me that my immune system was "getting weaker every day." They will absolutely not do a simple cleaning unless they've threatened every potential crisis and have left you in an abject state of fear. One after another person will come in to launch into a sales pitch, which means a simple visit may last for over an hour without one person doing what you asked for. Don't go. Even with insurance you're better paying your own way somewhere else. I wanted a cleaning; didn't happen. After they x-ray you, and talk about all the things you need that you don't, their sales person hands you a bill; mine was over $4500 for periodontal cleaning I didn't need and 3 replacement crowns that didn't need replacing. The hygienist refused to do a regular cleaning. I gathered up my x-rays and went somewhere else the next week, got my teeth cleaned and was told no need for crowns or periodontal cleaning.... read more

Nice people, but really poor at scheduling. Sitting in the office for a second visit because they ran out of time on my first visit (for a simple checkup and cleaning). Currently an hour behind schedule for the cleaning part and they won't let me reschedule. The waiting room fills up and people resort to sitting on the floor. Most of the people in here have been here longer than I have (90 minutes+). Will be looking for an alternative provider.

Absolutely terrible. Do not go there. They try to upsell everything. Would not do a cleaning. They are the worst. I would do no star if given the option. The only silver lining was their dental assistant was a nice person. Sorry she has to work there. Hopefully an actual dental office will pick her up.

The Patient Satisfaction team has not responded at all to my inquiry. Seems the level of indifference to patient care is system wide with this company. Save yourself the frustration and find another dentist!!
