I went to get a crown after one broke and they told me I needed all this dental work for a lot of my money and my regular dentist said all I needed was a crown! I'm 85 years old and they want to do all this work. I went there because they had a special on crowns. Went back to my expensive contest and got my crown!

After confirming my appointment via email and text over the previous week, the office texted me to say that my appointment would need to be rescheduled (a few hours before the agreed-upon meeting time). I went for an initial teeth cleaning through my insurance hmo. X-rays were taken and then I was escorted to the sales manager, where the 'upselling' happens. After I elected out of these 'choices' ranging between $1800 to 3200 (out of pocket), I asked if I was going to be able to receive a simple teeth cleaning. I was informed that a basic teeth cleaning would be 'borderline malpractice'. He then printed off quotes, gave them to me, and that was it. Please don't waste your time people.

STAY FAR AWAY!! I'd give 0 stars if possible. They overcharged us by hundreds of dollars, wouldn't rectify the situation until our insurances lawyers got involved, and wanted to do thousands in work that wasn't needed. Their traveling endodontist (some lady from new braunfels) tried to rework a root canal I had done a few years prior and botched it. Kerrville Western dental is an overpriced scam with poor service, especially the man up front. Very rude, high pressure sales. Left in tears. No care or concern for patients. Check all the local ONE star reviews. Should Be Shut Down !!!

STAY AWAY FROM ASPEN DENTAL, KERRVILLE!!!! Just left Aspen dental kerrville with my wife in Great Pain. First impressions, No one smiles. They are extremely rude and unhelpful, especially the front office person. We have insurance but they were in no hurry to get it approved. Wanted us to agree to pay them over $6000.00 for one crown,before they would consider helping her. Wouldn't even give her something for the pain. We have money and could have paid for it. I contacted Aspen Dental because of a dental (gum) emergence. they advertised emergency care so arranged an appointment to be schedule. A representative called and moved my appointment up. upon arrival I completed 15 to 20 minutes worth of paperwork which asked personal health questions. I several time indicated I wanted them to look at the problem area which I was having substantial pain. This place is vindictive and unprofessional. I made an appointment for an abscess and it ruptured and I was in pain. Anthony the office manger cancelled my appointment and pushed my appointment back ten days and told me that I could leave if I didn't l like it. Never go to this place. They are a denture mill. Expensive and low quality. So combine all of this. Save yourself the aggravation and waste of your time.
