Getting billed for services rendered 04/25/22 charging for fluoride treat which we refused. I have notes from calls 4/25/22 that we refused the fluoride but we are repeatedly rebelled for this date of treatment. What is worse is the staff during this period failed to file insurance and simply passed forward incorrect balances meaning we received no credit for meeting deductible. I’d give 0/10 stars, they have horrible customer service. They told me they would call me back and I had to call 13 times to even get the chance to speak to a representative. They are all rude. I had given them 3,000 dollars and then they told me they needed more for another procedure but went they went to check I had 700 credit? Weird huh. Not to mention I needed an emergency root canal per the doctor. But apparently emergency means in a month. I wouldn’t go here if it was the only location in my area. I went in to have a filling replaced. Was told they needed to crown all my teeth that had old fillings. Wouldn’t even clean my teeth, told me I had to have a deep cleaning that would cost $1000.00 Total cost for everything $22784.00 I’m 68 years old. Why in the world would I spend that kind of money on teeth that I have no problem with. Why can’t they just do what you ask and not try and push other services?

went in to get a price on a filling got the exam then I was sat down like a car dealer and told I needed 8000 dollars worth of dental work.i told the office manager I. ant do that so then she said well if you come on Nov 6 we will do the full cleaning you need for free under the military day so I said ok showed up for the appointment then was told oh no we will just do a quick cleaning you'll still have to come back and pay for the other cleaning before we can address the reason you came in. they said there was a miscommunic... read more
