Yes, the old office manager was amazing a pretending you were a person and Dr Haynes has great bedside manner. It's all a front and phony. They had me fooled enough to drag me along thousands of dollars later, no integrity for follow up on old work at all. I don't know if Dr Haynes even know who crappy her new office manage treats people. I have an unpaid balance, this is true, however the filling and permanent crown i did already pay for had fallen out twice now. Had an appointment at 8 am, waited in the back for the dr for 1 hr and 20 min and still no one came to check on me. I walked out and told them to delete me from their system as this is the second time this has happen. On that day the lady doing my X-rays even stated they were slow that day. All I could hear is every one laughing and giggling in the front so I left.

Spend $2.300 from my saving for nothing can’t wear my denture told the dentist that was to big but well maybe she didn’t hear me so I wasted my money so sad

I went in for my cleaning for the first time with this office and it was incredibly painful. The hygienist seemed to be in such a hurry that she didn't care how painful it was on my gums or teeth while she was cleaning. I could taste the blood that was coming from my gums. Considering I have pretty good teeth with zero cavities and was told my gums were in excellent shape I shouldn't have had so much pain. I was in and out in 15 minutes, but I was in pain all night long afterwards from my gums. I will be finding a new dentis... read more

Do now lie about the price and then when we get there double the price that I was told this is going all over the internet how you done me I will see how many I can stop from going to Aspen
I have called them multiple times to try to schedule some work they gave me an estimate on and they do not return phone calls. Don't waste you time with them.
I actually liked the office when I went for my first appointment. the office manager was really understanding and sympathetic, and the xray tech was awesome. Then I went back to get 2 teeth pulled and needed three different medications because it was so painful. I still felt almost everything and wasn't given any pain meds for after. The assistant said she was going to call it in, and never did. I went in at 4pm on a Friday so by the time I found out I called them back and no one answered.
