I'M HAVING A TOOTH PULLED TOMORROW AND I'M SCARED TO DEATH BEING I SUFFERED A MASSIVE HEART ATTACK 2010. I PRAY TO GOD EVERYTHING WILL GO WELL. I'VE SUFFERED WITH THIS TOOTH PAIN FOR OVER A WEEK. Made an appointment to take my Mother (from a nursing home) to have a tooth replaced in her dentures. Was told they would do it while we waited. Printed and filled out 8 page information sheet, waited quite a while, was told had to take a standup Xray and then taken to room. Took blood pressure, asked more personal questions and waited for a dentist. Dentist finally came in and said that she would NOT even look at dentures, because ASPEN did not make them, BUT SHE WOULD BE GLAD TO MAKE MY MOM NEW DENTURES FOR BETWEEN $40... read more

Worst place to go to, waste of time. ..............
So yesterday I went to get my 5 teeth pulled thinking I could trust them to do their best without trying hurt me too much. I was wrong. At the beginning they put numbing gel in areas where they was gonna stick me with the shots. However they didn't leave it in long enough so I felt everything with the shots. They were in a rush and didn't take their time with me caused it to be more painful. She gave me extra shots without warning. Been here since 3:30 my appointment was at 4:00 pm it's 5:45 pm and I still waiting... When Doctor see me I will update my review. Time Management 0 star
My wife's tooth broke early this afternoon. We went to the Killeen office to see if she could be seen. They were closed so she called the on call number. It's now 4:36 pm and she called the on call number again because NO ONE CALLED HER BACK!!!!!! They told her that there was a message from the on-call dentist at the on call center that said if she called back she could either go to the ER or come to the office on Monday. Answer me this. They cost to much for basic dentures $6000 no thanks I will find a place that is cheaper.
