it takes very long time to get dentures. my wife has been waiting for close to 2 years for her dentures to be done. when I got mine from another dentist it only took two months from start to finish.
RecommendedI had a very good experience at aspen dental. they are going to fix another denist that totally mess up in my mouth and make me dentures that fit. I went to the other denist 8 times and they did not listen to a word I said and I finally gave up on them. I believe Aspen will do me up right
They Canceled my appointment because I couldn’t confirm it in time & then acted like they couldn’t put mg appointment back for when I scheduled it... & if it wasn’t for the fact I have other appointments scheduled and didn’t want to go through the hassle of finding a different dentist office to go to I wouldn’t even go back! Although my husband had a great experience and they asked about him when I returned for myself. I felt every bit of my tooth extraction even after I told the dentist I still felt some pain before he started to extract the tooth. The rest of the staff was fine but the oral surgeon I would not recommend. And the women working with him that day couldn't get the simple task of a BP cuff to work and didn't give preoperative treatment instructions she was to busy trying to rush me out of the room.
These people have been billing me for xrays that were suppose to be free. So i had xrays prior by another dentist so when I went to aspen they told me that their xrays wouldn't cost. So they gave me an evaluation and I left. But because i decided not to use their services they began billing me 3weeks later. Now no dentist office is gong to allow u to walk out the office if u owe a payment. These people are full of it
I have been a patient here for a couple of years and I use to really like the staff here at the Killeen Location. The last two cleanings have been more of a hassle. The last cleaning I had they rescheduled by email which is fine, but when I showed up at the new appointment time they asked if I could reschedule again because they were running behind. Their employee amber left a 1 star review on our business. I would not recommend going here since she works here. Not a good person to deal with.
The dentist and hygienist team are fantastic. The insurance and billing are not at all. They billed wrong and told me one thing and told my insurance provider another not thinking that I was on the line with her. Ok. I was hoping for an outstanding team but sadly no. I would recommend Dr. Webster and her hygienist though. If you have insurance stay on it. They billed my sons account wrong also. The insurance company did tell her the correct procedure to get our bills paid though. I am hopeful.
Appointments were running late. My husband and I had back to back appointments and we were there for 4 hours. His appointment was at 2:15pm and he probably didn't get seen until 3:30pm and I didn't get seen until about 5pm. The hygienist and dentist were not at all friendly. It seemed that because they were probably busy with other patients they rushed through the exam and did not provide any education or explanation as to what they were doing.
