RecommendedBeing afraid of dentists since childhood, this appointment was really an adulting struggle. Dr. Patel was understanding of my pain and problems and referred me to Derek, a fantastic hygenist. He completed a whole mouth periodontal scaling and was definitely easing my anxiety the entire time. He gave me breaks when I needed and was sarcastic and funny. I'll definitely be back.
I was very happy with my dental experience here. They were friendly, concerned for my well-being, considerate of my pain, and acted professionally through the whole process.
I have always been very nervous going to the dentist. I had a bad experience when I was a child. I had wisdom tooth that had cracked and was starting to decay. It needed to be pulled. The staff at Aspen dental was friendly, caring. They made me feel at ease. Dr. Patel was phenomenal ! I would recommend my friends and family to Aspen Dental.
The personnel is for the most part is professional as well as nice and personable. They took their time with me and gave me solutions to my needs.

My visit to Aspen Dental in Knoxville, TN was PHENOMENAL!!! I was in excruciating pain, and the staff took SUCH GOOD CARE OF ME! The dentist was AMAZING👍👍👍. They work with you on a treatment plan - wonderful!!!

I have never had a more positive experience with a dental office in my life. I made it clear to them from the start I am a difficult patient at the dentist due to previous bad experiences which have left me scared to the point of phobia when it comes to any dental procedures. The waiting room receptionist reassured me they'd take care of everything with my insurance and it was fine I took a while to fill out my paperwork.
