fast and Dr John was so nice and he explained everything. They went over the costs and made arrangements for me to pay for everything before I got the tooth pulled....Really much better than anywhere i have ever been before. I would recommend them to my friends and family...and the staff there, Darrick and the other Gentleman who took my x-rays were so nice....
I changed from my family dentist to Aspen Dental and I'm very happy with the care I've received from them.
Had to make a unexpected visit while on vacation. Heather at the front desk was awesome in getting our info and setting appointment. Dr Patel and Sonia were so polite and helpful with my father and issues with his new dentures.
The front office staff are pleasant and easy to deal with. The x-ray tech and the assistants I dealt with were pleasant and helpful. The dentist, John, was super informative and helpful. I had a root canal and there was no pain involved. It went quickly. I have never had a dentist I liked, but this office and the staff are excellent. Can't recommend enough
Such wonderful staff! Dr John so professional and makes you feel at ease. Going to the dentist is always a worrisome experience but the staff at Aspen West Knoxville make it enjoyable! Looking forward to my journey to full dental health with these wonderful sweet people! So glad I chose them!
