I wish there was a NO STAR ! Lady Lake Aspen Dental is a JOKE! They overcharged on a visit 6/13/23 and told me it would be adjusted 7/18/23 but on 7/18/23 made me pay full change and wrote on my receipt I would receive a refund within 5-7 days for what they owed me from 6/13/23...Guess what it's been 19 days---10 phone calls--left 8 messages--no return calls--they won't and DON'T answer the phone. I went in there for ONE cracked tooth. They talked me into filling 2 more. Talked me into a discount program. Get 3 fillings done..not even 6 months later. They ALL fall out. I go back. They only do refill on TWO…Ignore the 3rd. Few months later the TWO that they redid. FELL OUT AGAIN!! I never had tooth issues or pain. Till this company touched my teeth. Now I’m spending ANOTHER GRAND to have another dental clinic FIX everything these dentist did to me. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
Made an appointment and gave insurance info and they take it, go to appointment & they proceed to tell me they have a different dentist in today and they don’t take my insurance. Could have called and told me and gave me a heads up. Absolute BS & unprofessional! Steer clear!!
Went through the entire Invisalign program. Almost every appointment was messed up and caused me to lose about 6 hours of PTO. They took the brackets off without telling me that’s what the appointment was for (they offered no communication throughout this entire process. No one even looked at my teeth or checked my progress the entire time. They brought me in for my exam in August. since then ive had my cleaning rescheduled for a third time! The next appointment is in February! Thats 6 months. now i cant even trust that when that appointment comes they wont reschedule me again. The worst part is i cant go anywhere else because they already used my insurance for my exam!
where do I start? went in for a toothache which can have various causes. I have periodontal issues. she just looked at the xray and said she saw nothing yet referred me to a endodontist for possible root canal. I was never asked if I have sensitivity to hot or cold or anything else.
