I went several months ago for a "consultation." They then scheduled my cleaning for January 19th. I got a call today that they have to reschedule my appointment that I've had for months because the hygienist no longer works there. The soonest they can get me in is now May at noon. When I told her I have to to work she said that they could do it in July. Almost a full year after my consultation. The backup plan is me being on the cancel list. My wife and I went there for a cleaning. That's what they tried to do clean our wallets out! We were there 3 hours and only got to see their sales team ( with their finance people) they tried to get us to buy an antibiotic treatment that would have cost $1,200 each beyond our insurance! I'm retired ATT and have a great plan in fact to that point had never had to pay a cent for any dental care. They actually suggested we could pass disease to out grandkids by kissing them. I had my teeth cleaned and afterwards was told my next cleaning would be 8 months because they were booked for cleanings. I prefer 6 month cleaning not 8 months. This tells me they need more staff for cleanings and to hire more staff. My appointment was at 1:00pm but I waited 40 mins before someone took me for the cleaning. I plan to call our insurance company about other places to get service.

The office staff made an appointment for exam only after I specifically made an appointment for exam and cleaning. The office staff did not correctly verify my insurance information and insisted I pay a co-pay dispite the terms of my coverage. The office manager, Bella, seemed solely focused on getting whatever money she could from me in lue of accurately checking my coverage and collecting the funds she should from me. I am not sure I want to post my comments on social media. But, in brevity, here goes. Although, the folks there were extremely professional and seemed caring, my husband and I still got the impression that the place was at total scam, out to provide unnecessary services as based on exams by a former dentist and a re exam following the visit to Aspen. This was based on the exam by the dental hygienist and the office manager or financial adviser. Totally disillusioned. Thought seriously about reporting to the BBB.

THIS PAST WEEKEND MY WIFE HAD A SEVER TOOTH ACRE. SHE HAS BEEN A PATIENT OF THE LADY LAKE OFFICE FOR MANY YEARS. WE TRIED TO REACH THE EMERGENCY ON CALL DENTIST ALL DAY SUNDAY. NO LUCK NEVER GOT A CALL BACK FOR A DENTIST OR HIS BACK UP. CALL FIRST THING MONDAY AFTER BEING ON HOLD FOR ABOUT 20 MINUTES WE WERE TOLD WE ARE BOOKED SOLID. BEST WE CAN DO IS WEDNESDAY OR YOU CAN COME IN AN SIT AND WAIT AND WE WILL SEE WHAT WE CAN DO. YER SURE DONT EVER COUNT ON ASPEN DENTAL IN AN EMERGENCY. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN

I'VE HAD SUCH BAD EXPERIENCES WITH THIS DENTAL OFFICE. SO MANY BAD THINGS THAT HAVE BEEN DONE TO ME -- SO MUCH THAT I AM PLANNI9NG TO CALL THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND OTHER AGENCIES TO COMPLAIN. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. IT'S LIKE A FACTORY...
