Waited over a hour for the appointment. I really like the office manager Crystal. Very friendly. Which is the ONLY reason they are getting our business.

If you have too thick wallet which feels uncomfortable in your pants, this place will make it fit. If you are in emergency with severe pain and swollen face DO NOT expect to get any relief. The only thing they obsessed, worried and concerned is to generate multi-thousand dollar bill for corporation they serve and shove it in your face, taking advantage of situation and demanding to pay for it in advance even before procedures due. They've rescheduled me several times so I've had to juggle other appointments. I don't like whatever tool they use to clean my teeth. I really hope I can change back to my previous dentist when my insurance changes this year.
To paraphrase Jerry Seinfeld, You are very good at taking the appointment but don't know how to keep the appointment. After having to wait 9 months for a semi-annual 6-month cleaning, I had made a 3:00 appointment last year for May 16th 2017. I was given an appointment card for this and plugged it into my calendar. Recieved an email two weeks before with an RSVP(which I did) and another reminder 5 days before the appointment. Arrived at 2:50....and was the only person in the wait area. Everyone was great except the hygienist who "diagnosed" me. Once Dr Patel came out I told him I was done with my visit. Then the whole you don't have that etc etc started. You only need a regular cleaning. But I was all done. This practice is out to misdiagnose you. Lie to you and do services they don't need. Once confronted Dr said my teeth are fine he didn't know what the hygienist was saying etcetc It's all smoke and mirrors do not go here First dentist I've ever gotten out of the chair and refused the cleaning!!!
My husband had one tooth to be worked on. Every time he went, he was just sat there for long time. The dentist said it didn't fit and redo, redo, redo. The temporary cap came off easily and told him to use Fixident. He started this one tooth this January but he still hasn't finished yet. They are supposed to be ready for sure next month. It is not hard to do just one tooth? Are they not skilled? After he finished this tooth, he is going to change the dentist for sure. I don't recommend this dentist at all. They have billed me wrong for over two years. I have called and come into the office, and it's still not resolved. Wait times are terrible if you need fillings (HOURS!) I only went here for the Hygienist, but she no longer works here, so I tried a different office and found that going to the dentist shouldn't be like it is in this office. The are definitely all about money and not about patient satisfaction.
They over charged my husband & my mother & the dentures are very cheaply made within the 1st 6 months the teeth started to fall out! My mother had top dentures & a partial bottom before going to aspen & her old dentures have never broke but the ones she got at aspen the teeth fall all the time & she has to glue them back in the dentures the bottom set is know a full & they broke in half right after she got them & all they did was put them back together with a metal bar!
