while the staff is nice and work done is as expected, when I left I was under the impression my bill was paid in full. Months later I get a bill for $514.00. I called and was told that they were floating my bill and after submitting bills to my insurance company, which when I paid my bill was told that was after insurance, I now owed more money. I cancelled my future appointment and won't be going back and certainly wouldn't recommend them. ☹️

Great site at Lady Lake! But please start turning patient away if they show up more than 15 min after their appointment time. Making someone wait an hour after arriving early for their appointment is unacceptable! Don't punish your employees and doctors to rush or apologize to those clients that can make the appointments for the rest of the day because of 1 bad egg of a client.

Dental assistant would not change her gloves after being asked. She touched the door knobs, her face, and everything else, then was going to touch the mouthpiece that goes into my mouth. I asked her to change her gloves and she refused. She retrieved the office manager who asked me to leave. I have never been dismissed or asked to leave from anywhere. I had a tooth that was causing me a lot of pain so I called multiple places to see who was most affordable since we are in the holiday season. Aspen Dental said their initial visit for new customers is free and simple extractions were $125 and I went on their website it also says simple extractions are $125 and it has an information button that gives the disclaimer that it does not include sectioning the tooth to remove it. ABSOLUTELY a Fraud Corporation on every street corner I have insurance They tried to come after me for $700; threaten them; never called back How can u owe 700 for cleaning your teeth

When a service is offered to a new customer (patient) Aspen should keep their commitments and offer their services at the quoted prices. After all I was a new patient and I do need additional work on my teeth they could have very easily done the repair on my appliances for the advertised price. But instead they tried to extract additional money by the old bait and switch trick.

I HAD A CLEANING WHICH LASTED ABOUT 8 MINUTES. THE GUY KEPT SPLASHING ME WITH WATER, CONSTANTLY KNOCKED MY TEETH WITH THE MIRROR. HE DID NOT FLOSS MY TEETH AND SCRAPED 5 TEETH. A 2 MINUTES POLISH. I ASKED IF HE WOULD FLOSS MY TEETH AND WAS TOLD THAT HE SAID HE WOULD BE BACK IN 5 MINUTES. YOU GUESSED IT - NO SHOW. I WAS LEFT IN THE CHAIR FOR 40 MINUTES TO CHECK OUT.
