Staff is friendly, and truly has your best interest in mind. I recently had 4 teeth pulled and currently have a temporary bridge in and there was no swelling or pain. I was able to make a trip to Georgia the next day without any discomfort. Dr. Chamorro was so gentle and concerned about my well being, he would ask me throughout the procedure if I was OK and would tell me I was doing great. I have always had a phobia of the dentist, but now feel comfortable in making my appointments.
Outstanding service, outstanding care. I had seven crowns and a partial. Everything was on time and of high quality. The partial fit the first time in my mouth. Their costs are excellent in comparison to other dental services. I have recommended Aspen to many, and will continue to do so.

The dentist and staff were very professional and I was very pleased with their services. However, I have never been to a dental clinic that is money driven! I understand Aspen is not a charity but one gets the impression they are only in it for the money and the patient is secondary. As soon as you check in there are brochures explaining financing options. I have dental insurance and it has taken at least 2 months for Aspen (Joe) to coordinate with my insurance company and nothing is settled yet.
The facility is wonderful and easy for handicapped people (even with a scooter) to get around. They met my needs as I am not physically well, easily and without making me try to do things I clearly could not. The dentist is WONDERFUL. Easy to speak with, clear in her explanations and her logic behind it. The one issue I personally felt was that the financial section was far too open to being overheard. My dental assistant Michelle was knowledgeable and professional and she made me feel comfortable she helped me have a good experience while I was there. I hate the dentist office it's always scary for me especially the needles part & she even allowed me to squeeze her hand. I would recommend family & friends to go there.
