Pretends to be cheap but cost way to much in the end. And try's to up sale you like it's a used car lot.
I have been leaving messages for the past several weeks requesting a call back from the office manager. I have some concerns I would like to discuss. Still no call back.
Went in with my insurance it paid the bill but because someone didn't do their job it went into collections this us after they sent me a bill and I had to get it straightened out at least I thought now that was in 2019 here it it is 2021 and they sent it to collections and it shows up on my credit report that's how I found out they didn't do their damn job they did get back to me the other day and apologized said they did a audit on my account and found it was paid wow imagine that but it's amazing how their incompetence ca... read more
This office has left me in a bad situation. After having quite a bit of dental work done with them, I scheduled an appointment to have an extraction done due to tooth pain. At 5PM on the night before the appointment and New Years Eve, they call to reschedule saying they have an emergency coming in. I again stated I was having pain and all I was told was they were sorry. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. Due to an error in their system, I had to wait 1.5 hours to get my teeth cleaned. When it was finally time for me to get them cleaned they said I had gingivitis and refused to clean my teeth. They had treated me for gingivitis a few months prior. I followed their treatment regimen, bought the expensive toothbrush, and floss everyday as instructed. Every time I go they tell me I have gingivitis and I can never simply get my teeth cleaned. All I wanted was a tooth filled. I was told it would cost around $119.00. I was subjected to a FREE EXAM which was at least 20 to 25 X-rays of my mouth. I was told if I wanted just one tooth X-rayed it would cost me $80.00. So of course, I took the FREE one. After a dentist examined the x-rays I was told I must have a deep cleaning BEFORE she could replace a filling I lost a couple of days earlier. I had no intention of complaining, but you have asked for my response to my experience with Aspen Lake Wales. on December 9th 2019. You should make it clear, when coming to you for dental work be it fillings, tooth extractions or general dental health. That, you are not set up to do basic dentistry. It is clear that after my two hour visit to Aspen in Lake Wales that you give the first visit free if you are prepared to go through the entire processes, including x-rays, hygienist, and a complete diagnose of your teeth. When I first walked into this location, there was a patient crying at the receptionist's desk. I should have taken this as a warning sign and walked straight out of there but I stayed - and suffered - through my whole appointment. The staff was unprofessional, impatient, and overall had bad attitudes. Equipment was broken and there were signs REMINDING staff to clean things. This is my 2nd time this has happened. I get to my appointment and y’all have cancelled. I was shown that you all texted me yesterday, but you didn’t. Same thing you all did last time and said you supposedly texted me. It is unbelievable how you waste people’s time. You bug people to confirm sixteen times but it’s amazing when you cancel on them the lack of communication.
