Several thousands of dollars later after my insurance paid their portion, full mouth extractions, temporary dentures to permanent dentures I had a pretty good experience. They are just about the money they want you to pay in advance the billing department don't like to wait for the insurance respond about how much they will cover and top of everything the minimum deposit they take is 60 percent of the full amount of anything u will get doneÂ
MY experience with Aspen Dental in Lake Wales was to say the least an upset. My husband has had this appointment for about a week for a broke tooth and 3 days before the appointment they confirmed and received our dental insurance information then on the day of the appointment about 2 hours before they cancelled the appointment and tell me there was a mix up. They tell me I can go to a different location because 5:00 doesn’t work for them and the other location didn’t have anything for a month.Â
Do not believe the hype! They do not offer emergency services, I walked in and was told to make an appointment regardless of my pain.Â

Will never be going back to Aspen Dental. They insisted on doing a procedure that I did not agree with. My insurance will only cover a cleaning every six months. They wanted to do a deep cleaning and have me come back every four months. I agreed to a ONE time deep cleaning but would only come back every six months after that for a regular cleaning I came back in six months for the cleaning and they billed me for a deep cleaning saying my insurance does not cover the cleaning.
