I had a root canal done and still experience extreme sensitivity from it over a year later. Got my teeth cleaned yesterday and their costs are getting way too high. It cost me $60 more for a cleaning here than it does at my orthodontist office. I may just let the lady from the orthodontist do mine from now on. I thought Aspen was supposed to be a little more reasonable when it comes to prices but they sure aren't.Â
I came in to have my teeth clean. My insurance company covers this service twice a year. I had this done last year when the insurance company only covered this once a year. The staff wanted me back every 3 months. My second, in May I believe, visit cost $79. I decided that two cleaning a year was enough so I waited until I had coverage again. Very disappointed it you guys, I was told several times not to worry about a bill and now you turn it in for collections without another call or letter, I trusted you guys!! I just got off the phone with billing and was told, no you owe it!!!!! I won’t be back, cancel my upcoming appts!!!!Â
The advertisement is completely false. It is NOT free. We need an attorney to scream fraud. They billed our insurance company and today we received a bill for over $40. Can you say fraud!!!!!!!!! If it is FREE why does our insurance company have to pay. This is only one reason your insurance is so high. PROTEST!!!! Wrong and immoral to say the least to misguide the public. The advertisement said FREE!Â
Rip off go to dentist with a good reputation and save your money as these people are only interested in making money and performing unnecessary procedures. This is worst of the worstÂ
BEWARE. BEWARE. BEWARE. 7000+ for dentures. Lowers have never been right. Guarantee no good. 90 days after permanents. No consideration for multiple returns for adjustments that did not help. Now for a mere $5000 they will put implants in my jawbone to "change my life" and make my dentures fit properly. I may get implants but it will not be at Aspen Dental Lake Wales. BEWARE. BEWARE.
