June 13, 2016 I left message on voice mail on Saturday asking for a callback early today. No call back. I called and spoke to a guy and he said he would have the Office Manager call me back this afternoon. I asked him to have her call me asap. It is 1:17pm and still no call back. Aspen lost my husband's business when he asked for his x-rays so he could get a 2nd opinion. He had a $2800.00 credit on his account (finance). Made an appointment for 12:15pm. Confirmed the appointment for 12:15pm. Have an email saying my appointment is at 12:15. Showed up at 12:05pm for my appointment. They said no, your appointment is at 1:45pm and there's nothing we can do for you. Walked out and will not be going back. Super frustrating especially because I had to take time out of work only to be told that I can come back at 1:45pm even though my appointment was at 12:15pm.
They were very nice taking your money, but when they could not complete the job on time , you have a BIG JOB Trying to get your money back from them, even after an international phone call.

the service here is HORRIBLE. My mom has had nothing but problems from the beginning. Rude staff, appointments never being correct and they haven't listened to any of her complaints. I would never recommend this place
I think that Aspen dental is the biggest RIPOFF ever. They lure you in with "we can do this and that and have a guarantee that if you do not like for any reason that they will refund your money. I've been with Aspen the past 2 years, mainly because they had convenient hours. Last year I had to get a filling replaced that they put in 11 months prior because it fell out, NOW this past Friday another filling that THEY put in fell out and after being put on hold 15 minutes at a time and waiting for a return call (I ended having to call them back)they want to charge me and can't even get me in for 3 weeks to fix it, forget it I'm done, going somewhere else. Worst place to schedule an appointment.. Called onTuesday to schedule an appt for me and my mother this saturday... Just called to confirm and they cancelled one of the appts without telling us and then proceed to tell me to come im anyway and if theres any cancellations they will take me.. If not, oh well. Manager of the South Lakeland office is supposed to be calling me back. Staff keeps saying "there was a confusion" and making me seem like its the patients fault...
