It was one year ago that I had my teeth done. Everyone here is absolutely fantastic. Kind, compassionate, caring. My smile is infectious. I cannot thank the staff, especially Darla, Dr. Klein, Laurie and Ed, for giving me my self confidence back. I'm not ashamed to smile anymore. If you want proof, just ask to see my before and after picture. I LOVE THE STAFF AT ASPEN DENTAL.

They are all about a dollor went to get one tooth fixed and they charged me 210.00 and on top of that 87.00 for office visit when I was told it was going be $87.00 nothing but Crooks would highly recommend for everyone to stay away from there!!!

Aspen Dental is after your money, and as much of it as they can get. I went for an exam and cleaning. I left with an estimate for $2500 worth of work. While my insurance covers cleaning, I was told (by Aspen Dental) that it would not be covered as it is only a "Healthy Mouth Cleaning". Sounds suspect to me. Hey Aspen Dental...how about just doing what the patient wants, or at least what their insurance covers?

I realize that COVID requires extra time to sanitize, but if so, I would have rather preferred that that be taken into consideration when scheduling my appointment. For a 2-minute X-ray and 5-minute exam, the Aspen Dental (Lakeland South Florida location) wasted over 90 minutes of my time. Yes, you read that correctly.
