Wish I could give a 0 . . . I wasted 2 hours of my time at Aspen Dental. I have a dental discount card that has codes and lists the amounts I'm to pay. Aspen was in my network. They were gonna charge me around $1200 for crown or $300 to pull. Not to mention the thousands of dollars of add-on items and a deep cleaning. Apparently everyone needs this deep cleaning or they won't perform any work. Yeah well that deep cleaning is $800-$1000 - just google Aspen and consumer affairs or read the lawsuits! Had my 1st appt on j une 19th 2018..They help me a lot with scheduling to get my mouth fixed..and getting dentures..The staff where polite and courteous.
I live on a fix income. so I called Aspin dental. they told me a reline would cost $75.so I got a appointment. When I got there it went to $ 350. But they gave me a discount that when to $319.I really nee it for 4 years. So I sad OK. He sad he would not be able to guaranty them but they should be OK.
I give one star only because there isn't anything lower. My wife and I made an appointment thru the call center. Was never told that they don't do cleanings on first visit. My wife and I spent 3 hrs in office just to get x-rays and a quick checkup. Was told need special kind of cleaning that will take two appointments. Scheduled first the next day. Two hour before the appointment they called and said I need a more evasive procedure done. Of course it will cost more. I would never refer anyone to use their service.
Terrible. My 3/28 visit was scheduled for 8 and 9. The 8:00 appointment was for regular cleaning that was recommended by the dentist during my previous visits. At 8:15 I was told the hygienist would not do a regular cleaning but they would reschedule me for a two visit paradonial cleaning. My cost after insurance was $95 for the regular cleaning and $627 for the paradonial cleaning. Bait and switch? I had my 9:00 appointment to install the permanent crown. Last visit.....ever!
Don’t waste your time. I had my first appointment as a new client on February 25th after they canceled on me one time. It took over an hour for the dentist to see me, and then they told they don’t do teeth cleanings the same day. They scheduled my teeth cleaning for over a month later on April 3rd. They waited until 9:41 am to send a text telling me they have to close their office early today. Horrible service.
I went in to see about having a tooth removed. They only did the consultation on me that day. I was told the consultation was free. Firstly, they left me sitting in the chair for over an hour after my appointment began. I was scheduled for two days later to have the tooth pulled. I ended up going with another dentist and cancelled my appointment with Aspen. Well now I'm being charged for a procedure I never had done by them! They had Dental First start sending invoices. Pulled my tooth basically kicked me out of the chair with out explaining anything and for the last 5 days I have been in horrible pain. Called twice and told them I need help and they said they would call back and didn't. No support. They just want to get your Money upfront and then they don't care. Be forewarned GO SOME WERE ELSE!
I have been going to Aspen Dental every 6 months for several years and have been fairly satisfied until my latest visit. On that visit I was told that one of my capped teeth is so decayed that it must be pulled. I am now wondering what good all those xrays at every visit did for me. Then I was given very, very high estimates for either an implant or a bridge. Luckily I found another dental office that charges less than half their amount.
