It's been a horrible experience. And I would not even give them a 1. It's been three months since I had all my teeth ripped out I chose this place because all the commercials on tv said early hours evening hours and weekends. Peace of mind promise. Make you smile again NOT! It started the day I went for the surgery. The guy who walked me back to where all my teeth were going to be ripped out says why are you crying? Are you in pain? Biggest waste of time. I was told I would have a cleaning done for $73 when I scheduled it. Arrived the day of my appointment and was told I would not get the cleaning done, only the x ray and exam. Ridiculous and unorganized.
They seem like there all afraid that they are going to loose there jobs! You can feel the tension in the air and the look on there faces. They didn't even ask me how my day was. They did fix my denture and they said because my wait was 3 hours there was no charge. Then in 4 hours later I get a call saying I owe 50 for my copay. What ever.
Had my appt at 8am...waited in the office for the dentist to come in.....1 hour 15 minutes later, after I said something the dentist came in. And talked about what was wrong. Then saw her 10 min. And did nothing for the pain. THEN I had to talk to manager about the outrageous billing. NOT GOING BACK. I'll pay my old dentist even outta pocket for the great work he does. Rather then spend 2 hrs in a dentist office.
I thought I'd had a good experience. I went in with dental pain, received an exam and x-rays for which I was told there would be no charge. A week later I had the tooth extracted which I paid in full. Now, I've just gotten a bill in the mail for the extraction and x-rays from the initial exam! This is totally unacceptable.
I wouldn't go anywhere that hires convicted felons.
