I have been going to Aspen Dental every 6 months for several years and have been fairly satisfied until my latest visit. On that visit I was told that one of my capped teeth is so decayed that it must be pulled. I am now wondering what good all those xrays at every visit did for me. Then I was given very, very high estimates for either an implant or a bridge. Luckily I found another dental office that charges less than half their amount. My Appointment was pretty good except for the x-rays they hurt putting them in my mouth and out of my mouth but once they were done then I was fine again

My recent visit was my first. My regular dentist was my closed, his backup was closed, and I was in pain. I was very pleased with Erik Ney, DDS. I would give him five stars. He took more thorough x-rays than my dentist of over 30 years did and saw my problem. He also made a temporary fix until I can have oral surgery. Aspen does have an oral surgeon but to make an appointment with that Doc, I had to pay several hundred dollars upfront, before even meeting her. I have never had that happen. Normally I have never had any issues at this office but my visit on October 2nd was horrible. I had my appointment scheduled at my last visit 6 months ago. I get a email hours before my appointment stating that there's a conflict with my appointment as they are double booked. Needless to say my husband calls the office nobody returns his call regarding this email and how this situation will be resolved. I arrive 15 minutes early for my appointment, get called back to X-ray room 20 min later, was told to go back out in the wa... read more

Beware of this place!!! Office staff is not knowledgable....are extremely rude.... just a few things that happened.... They tried to give my daughter xrays when I supplied them with xrays, then they still billed me for the xrays. Dr. was rude and did not have my daughters comfort as a priority. The doctor should have her license pulled, reacted like a child. I tried to work through the regional manager to report this place....useless. I will be working with both of my insurance coverages and BBB to try to get them pulled fro... read more

Got new dentures, need adjusting so called, was told I can get you in to office in almost 2 weeks, called back again because the pain is bad told well I can talk to the dr. will call you back. Not first bad that has occured to me there

need new dentist. Had 9 appointments with this office last year and spent a lot of money. I wanted to get my cleaning done but they stop taking people at 415 and i cant get there til 430.. they will not make exceptions. The lady said ok when i told her i would look for a new dentist... all over 15 minutes.. hate hate hate

Absolutely the worst dentist I have ever been at. Because of them I had to get a tooth pulled, 2 cavities refilled and now have a crap ton of dental work that needs done and is going to cost me well over $2000. I will NEVER recommend to anyone. Plus all they did was harass me about my bill when I told them why I was having problems paying it. Never helped or offered to set up a more affordable plan.
