They feel you in telling you they accept your insurance on the phone then tell you they don't when you need a tooth pulled and ask for $480.00. I left

Business response:

Hi Debbie, I'm sorry that your experience didn't live up to expectations. If you would like to share more detail, the Patient Satisfaction team would appreciate the opportunity to talk to you: 1-844-296-0187. - Emily, ADMI

Nice enough staff, for sure, but runs the typical game of being a chain dental office. I made an appointment for a cleaning. Got in, filled out paperwork, everything was normal. The assistant and dental hygienist were pleasant, as was the dentist. However, I never got a cleaning, all I was given was an exam. In fact, they told me that, because I had gingivitis, I had to get a special periodontal cleaning done instead. Which, oddly enough, isn’t necessary. You know what is a big step of reversing gingivitis? A regular cle... read more

Get a staff that can read xrays and wants to save your tooth, not just pull all of them and give you an expensive partial. I went to Aspen Dental for an emergency tooth problem, and instead of just dealing with the problem, they did full xrays (which was painful because of my problem tooth), and came up with a plan for my entire mouth, which included several extractions and lots of expensive partials. Without even knowing what was wrong with my tooth, or which tooth was bothering me, they scheduled me for an extraction. The... read more

I give Aspen dental a "0" for service. Was told they can do an extraction for my 8 yr old son...after X-rays and cleaning, we were told they usually refer out kids if they need an extraction or have cavities...why? Because they don't have laughing gas. This info would have been nice to know when we scheduled the appointment and specifically asked them if they did extractions on kids. Aspen's response...it's not our fault! It a lot cheaper to keep your customer...well you just lost one!

No customer service. Scheduled an extraction for my 8 yr and was told they normally don't do it for kids. Thanks for wasting my time

I purchased my dentures 5 years ago. The second day I had them, a crack appeared between my two front teeth. Instead of making a new denture, they repaired it.This week, the crack appeared again in the same place.I went to Aspen Dental to have it repaired again and I was charged $163.00 for 15 min of work. When I requested a guarantee I was told they "do not guarantee any repairs." Should I ever require the service they provide, I will go anywhere but to Aspen Dental. I suggest you do the same.

The worst. They cancel appointments the day before that have been booked for 6 months because there is no dentist in that day... at a dentist office ? Spent the last 6 months getting bills from them; one person would say I don’t owe said bill. The bill would come again. Next person would say I do owe it. Repeat that about 6 times. Finally cave in and just decide to pay said bill by calling the number and pressing “option 3” as the invoice states. It disconnects me. Call main number and billing department is on lunch... for 2... read more

I am sorry to hear this, Jessalyn. I will certainly pass this information along to management for further action. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. — Courtney, ADMI

They are absolutly poor for service. First appt I had, they got me in couple days, next visit they rescheduled my appt 4 times. Finally got taken care of for simple cleaning. This time, this morning, I called 5 times. Got transferred 3 times, put on hold about 45 minutes in 3 calls, got disconnected 2 times. Finally last call girl said she was putting me on hold, I said not, 4th time calling. She said I have patients to take care of. I broke a toorh, and I was a customer. They are absolutly soo unprofessional, I wont ever go... read more
