Went in the southpointe location with a broken tooth, they said it could be cap'd however did not recieve any antibiotics or pain meds, been up 2 days and havent eatin, hard to swallow, and jaw/ear

I hope by now the staff have Learned how to process a care credit MasterCard. What a nightmare I experienced. After the 3rd trip to the aspen dental on 0 street I thought they finally processed it correctly. At least that is what the employee who works there gave me the impression. I was wrong. She was just glad to get rid of me and acted like she did it correctly. After I received my first bill I could see that it was not done correctly. I went there with no pain and now ol for over a week since I left there I've had continuous pain! Update: I don't even know why I even let them try to make it "right" went back today, and I'm not in excruciating pain! update: this place continues to be a joke. they call me yesterday and then literally send me to voicemail every time saying call back during business hours when i only call during business hours.

They take advantage of the elderly & people that use care credit. Outrageously priced procedures (if you are using care credit or it’s a procedure that has to be done right away) compared to other local dentist in our area. Sadly, my mom learned this about them to late. They also charged for things they did not do. Do yourself a favor SHOP AROUND!

I would not recommend Aspen Dental, this is the first place anywhere I have lived, that "requires" you to visit and get an exam of your teeth first, then the dentist will "see what you need next". This is so bogus, any normal dentist office that isn't in it purely for the "dollar" will evaluate your teeth, take x-rays if needed, then do a routine cleaning without the run around of "pre-visit" nonsense. So my appointment was at 8 am at 9:10 am I had noticed a few people that came in after me going back ,so I went the front desk and asked she said it would be another 10 mins or so at 9:27 I finally went back to take pics of my teeth . It was a horrible experience I was there from 4 to 7! The dentist saw me for maybe 3 mins in that whole time, the rest of the time I was waiting! I was in horrible pain and they did not even try to help me with my pain all they did was schedule me 3 weeks out to take care of the tooth that was in extreme pain! Their main concern was selling me some expensive toothbrush and other expensive services. You guys care about money not your clients.
