They’ve been pretty good for the most part of the last year however they try to force things on you for cleanings that aren’t necessary, I honestly felt a bit bullied and made to feel bad about my decision. I also paid up front for some fillings and my insurance paid more and I had a $40+ credit they didn’t even bother telling me about not offered to put it back on my card, which as a patient I feel like I should have a right to know about. Horrible service! They made me pay up front for my last visit! What medical company does that?

Cooperate uncaring dentistry... if you want to be schedule 10 appointments for what could have been solved with one to a caring dentist, then this is the place for you. I will never return. They overcharge and sell unnecessary procedures.
I was looking for a cheaper alternative for dental care since I don't have dental insurance. First visit was reasonably priced - follow up visit costs were higher than my previous dental office! Lots of turnover within the office and unprofessional staff. I did not even see or talk with the dentist at my last appointment and had a small piece of filling fall out after the cleaning. I & my insurance paid for upper dentures. I did go back for adjustments. I am not able to eat with them in. They do not match up with my own teeth on the bottom. It’s embarrassing! So I just don’t wear them & I have learned how & what I can eat without them. They are sitting in my cabinet in the bathroom. I have worn them for a total of 6 hours in the almost 1 year I have had them. Will get new ones somewhere else eventually. My dental insurance isn’t that good, so will have to save up money. Don’t go there!

Went to Aspen Dental first time last month broke my bottom partials . Dentures were repaired but still have a sore spot in my mouth other than that good service ! Need some help with the bottom denture .
I have been going to Aspen since 2 summers ago and have had only positive experiences. My first summer I had appointment 2 to 3 times a week because my lower teeth just couldn't get comfortable. That first fall Dr. Singhal said he was going to completely remake the lower. He did and I may have had 2 or 3 adjustments and the teeth have been fine ever since. I went for 1st time, i had insurance cost me 94.00, thought 1st visit was free...wth...my sister made an appointment they asked if she had insurance she said no & told her wass all free...wth...i was right there as this was happening & ask why hers was free & mine cost...i had insurance....dont make sense to me....do not believe the ads also as on tv dentures starting @ 299. Then why was my quote 2245.00 hummmm...crazy shit...but everyone was extremely nice.......oooyyyyy
