Overpriced and tried to do extra work that was not needed!
Worst experience I've ever had with an office. Got told zero information over multiple phone calls and had my appointments rescheduled multiple times with no guarantee to fix my issues.
Let me start by telling you that the dentist broke my wife's crown and repaired it. After agreeing that it was damaged by dentist and they would not charge for repair we agreed to have repair done at Aspen. One year later they wanted to send me to collection for that repair. The business office doesn't have any customer service. Every time I called for one year they said all was ok. No charge! Then I would get another bill. Bill repeat. Never fixed! I would not recommend.
You people are scam artists. My girlfriend went in to see you because you were able to get her in quick. 1st Appointment- X-rays, cleaning and pre fit for dentures, you FAILED to do the cleaning ("We'll catch you next appointment"). You then billed her for ALL the work up front. 2nd Appointment- Pre-fit for dentures. They would have looked great if they were going in the mouth of John Elway. 0 Stars is not an option. Had a 10:30 a.m. appointment only to arrive early, filled out paperwork, and then was told that my appointment is actually at 9:45 a.m. I stated that I did have a voice mail with confirmation of the appointment time at 10:30 a.m. I played the voicemail and was told I would still have to reschedule.
